Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Director of Construction to lead enterprise and hyperscale data center projects in the Atlanta market. This senior role directs campus teams, drives project execution, and ensures safety, quality, and schedules.

You will manage budgets, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, review plans, and lead weekly meetings to resolve issues while maintaining daily logs and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience is required.
• 3+ years of construction experience is required.
• Data center construction experience preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Blueprint reading experience.
• Knowledge of construction trades, including concrete through finish work.
• Experience with Procore, Yardi, or Prolog preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support across the Atlanta market.
• Lead data center campus construction teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor jobsite safety, health, and environmental requirements.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and resolve construction issues.
• Maintain daily site activity logs and monitor project progress.
• Manage punch lists, project closeout activities, and deficiency corrections.
