EverOn Data Center Services is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support on-site coordination across all construction project phases. You will assist with scheduling subcontractors, managing quality control, and ensuring safety and environmental standards are followed.

The role requires coordinating inspections and maintaining thorough site logs. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 3+ years in construction, and preferred data center experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years construction experience required.
• 1+ years data center experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project).
• Yardi, Procor and Prolog experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist in scheduling subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in performing quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work.
• Help ensure subcontractor compliance with the contracted scope of work.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate for resolution.
• Maintain daily written log of jobsite activities.
• Ensure corrective actions on deficiencies identified by the team.
• Issue non-compliance notices to subcontractors as needed.
• Keep job site clean and organized.
