EverOn Data Center Services seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site coordination across all construction phases for mission-critical projects in Temple, Texas. You will manage subcontractors, materials, and scheduling to ensure adherence to specs, safety, quality, and budget.

Responsibilities include inspections, punch lists, and daily progress tracking. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in construction, and strong experience in data centers, with

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
• Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with the contracted scope of work.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.

• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.

• Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
• Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
• Complete other such duties consistent with your role as you may be assigned by EverOn management.

The Senior Superintendent is responsible for providing on-site coordination for all phases of EverOn Data Center construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. The Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, required
• 5+ years Construction experience, required
• 1+ years Data Center experience, preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Project)
• Yardi, Procore and Prolog experience, preferred

• Experience with Division 2-10 (concrete through finish trade)

• Blueprint reading.
• Endurance and ability to visit entire job site, including stairs or other elevated structures.
