Job summary

EverOn Data Center Services in Boise, Idaho, is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support on-site coordination of data center construction projects, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards are met.

The role involves coordinating subcontractors, inspections, and documentation, maintaining daily logs, and driving continuous improvement while partnering with project teams to deliver high-performance, mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years Construction experience required.
• 1+ years Data Center experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Project).
• Yardi, Procore and Prolog experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in performing quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
• Help ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with the contracted scope of work.
• Help coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Help identify subcontractor non‑compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Help identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
• Maintain daily written log of activities on the jobsite.
• Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.
• Assist in issuing notices of non‑compliance to subcontractors in regards to quality of work or scheduling.
• Ensure that the job site is always kept clean and organized.
• Assist in compiling job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
