Job summary

The Boldt Company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support data center construction in the Milwaukee area. You will collaborate with Project Managers and field leadership to drive project execution from preconstruction through closeout.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction, a related bachelor’s degree, and experience with RFIs, submittals, procurement tracking, and schedule updates. This role provides growth toward a lead PM with mentorship and hands-on development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Ability to support RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking.
• Willingness to engage daily with Superintendents and field teams; strong schedule updates.
• Desire to grow a long-term career in construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with RFIs and submittals to keep project documentation current.
• Support procurement tracking and subcontractor coordination.
• Track project costs and budgets and assist with schedule management.
• Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and leaders.
