A construction management company is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site activities for data center projects. This position offers an annual salary ranging from $180,000 to $220,000 and requires various construction and safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Possess an Engineering, Construction Management, or related bachelor’s degree, or equivalent years of related experience.
• At least 10-15 years of relevant mission-critical or data center experience.
• Working knowledge of various construction disciplines, cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, engineering drawings, and other required documents.
• 10-Hour OSHA and 30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certificate.
• 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site field operations for data center or mission-critical construction projects.
• Supervise subcontractors and field personnel for high-quality execution.
• Develop and manage comprehensive construction schedules.
• Oversee job site activities for compliance with design documents and safety regulations.
• Conduct quality inspections and lead root cause analysis for issues.
