Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Connectivity Engineer for the Beaver Dam, Wisconsin data center site. You will manage the full QA/QC program, cradle to production turnover, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high-quality standards.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical QA knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with QA/QC commissioning in design-build environments. L1 candidates with vendor management and independent decision-making will excel.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical QA knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple functional teams.
• Experience with QA/QC commissioning and CSLA disciplines.
• Vendor management experience is a plus.
• Experience on design-build projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage QA/QC programs for data center construction projects.
• Lead commissioning meetings and site inspections.
• Coordinate risk mitigations with stakeholders.
• Train and audit teams on QA/QC processes and documentation.
