Job summary

CPG is seeking a QA/QC Commissioning Associate II to support quality control and assurance on data center critical systems, preparing for commissioning. You will assist the QA/QC Engineer to verify equipment purchases and ensure installation aligns with standards.

The role offers exposure to diverse testing methods and growing expertise in commissioning processes. Responsibilities include documenting QA/QC records, conducting inspections, and coordinating cross-functional teams to audit quality.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of inspection or production experience.
• Technical Military MOS or trade school or degree preferred.
• Experience with SOPs is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop QA/QC documents for the project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
• Perform inspections and tests to ensure high quality standards.
• Review materials for compliance with project specs and quality; collaborate with procurement and maintain material quality.
• Coordinate with teams to perform quality audits and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Maintain calibration of QC equipment and prepare monthly performance reports.
