Job summary

Construction Job Force is seeking experienced Concrete Carpenters for a major data center construction project. Based on a contract-to-hire, the role is onsite in Aurora, CO, with long-term work, overtime, and per diem.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in concrete carpentry, experience with formwork, and ability to read blueprints. Per diem of $100/day is available for travelers; safety on site is emphasized.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial concrete carpentry experience.
• Experience on large commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and layout work accurately.
• Safety certifications are a plus but not required.
• Must provide own steel-toed boots.

Responsibilities

• Build, install, and strip concrete formwork for commercial construction projects.
• Construct plywood form systems and Gates form systems.
• Assist with grade beam, footing, slab-on-grade, and column construction.
• Measure, layout, and assemble concrete forms according to project specifications.
• Support concrete pours and finishing operations.
• Construct temporary structures and perform site carpentry as needed.
• Install doors, hardware, and other carpentry components throughout the project.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
