Nox Group is seeking a Concrete Carpenter to support large-scale data center construction projects nationwide. The role focuses on formwork, concrete pouring, finishing, and collaboration with general contractors to ensure quality and safety.

You will work outdoors on commercial sites in Pecos, Texas, with overtime possible. Candidates should have proven carpentry and concrete formwork skills, strong attention to detail, and the stamina to perform physical work in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a concrete carpenter or similar formwork role.
• Proficiency in carpentry techniques: layout, cutting and assembly of forms.
• Understanding of concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and curing processes.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in varying weather.
• Precision in measuring and aligning forms to ensure quality structures.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for formwork and concrete placement.

Responsibilities

• Formwork Construction: build and assemble forms for concrete structures per blueprints.
• Measurement and Layout: take measurements and lay out forms accurately.
• Concrete Pouring and Finishing: pour concrete and finish surfaces.
• Cutting and Shaping: cut and shape materials to required specs.
• Form Stripping: remove forms after curing and inspect for defects.
• Concrete Repair: patch and repair concrete surfaces as needed.
• Inspecting Work: ensure conformance to specs and safety regulations.
• Safety Compliance: follow safety standards and procedures on site.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: keep tools and areas clean and safe.
• Collaboration: coordinate with general contractors, finishers, and trades to ensure workflow.
