Pay: $25.00 - $33.00/hour
Per Diem: $100/day worked (for employees traveling 75+ miles from home)
Schedule: 40-60 hours per week, Sundays off
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Concrete Carpenters to join a major data center construction project. This role offers the opportunity to work on a large-scale commercial concrete project with consistent overtime, per diem, and long-term work.
The ideal candidate will have experience building and assembling concrete formwork systems, assisting with concrete placements, and supporting all phases of structural concrete construction. Candidates will work alongside crews ranging from 5-30 craftsmen and report directly to the onsite Foreman.
Responsibilities
Build, install, and strip concrete formwork for commercial construction projects
Construct and maintain plywood form systems and Gates form systems
Assist with grade beam, footing, slab-on-grade, and column construction
Measure, layout, and assemble concrete forms according to project specifications
Support concrete pours and finishing operations
Construct temporary structures and perform site carpentry as needed
Install doors, hardware, and other carpentry components throughout the project
Maintain a safe and productive work environment
Qualifications
4+ years of commercial concrete carpentry experience
Experience on large commercial or industrial construction projects
Strong experience with:
Grade beams
Grade beam footings
Slab-on-grade construction
Concrete columns
Plywood formwork
Gates form systems
Ability to read blueprints and layout work accurately
Strong understanding of concrete forming and placement processes
Safety certifications are a plus but not required
Must provide own steel-toed boots
