Job summary

Oracle seeks a Sr Manager of Data Center Compliance Integration to lead global initiatives, align cross-functional teams, and govern regulatory compliance across data center operations. You will drive scalable engagement models and ensure early consideration of compliance in planning and procurement processes.

The role requires 10+ years' experience, leadership skills, and deep knowledge of information security and DC regulatory frameworks within large cloud/data center environments.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Information Security.
• Strong understanding of Data Center regulatory specific Compliance frameworks.
• Experience working in large-scale cloud or data center infrastructure environments.
• Data Center and Contract Management expertise preferred.
• People leader or team lead experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Primavera preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integration Hub for DCC, coordinating new data center initiatives globally.
• Establish scalable engagement models across multiple Lines of Business.
• Drive alignment with sales, procurement, product management, and capacity planning.
• Develop governance frameworks and standardized workflows to scale operations.
• Identify gaps and improve cross-functional collaboration for regulatory compliance.
• Provide executive updates, status reporting, and change management for projects.
