Oracle is seeking a Principal Data Center Facilities Development Manager to oversee onsite construction of data centers by colocation providers. You will manage schedules, assess risk, and coordinate tenant fit-out with DCIB teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Role requires deep expertise in data center design and construction, with leadership skills to guide a diverse team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite construction of major data centers by colocation providers.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; validate against field progress.
• Analyze project risk and inform leadership of impacts and mitigations.
• Coordinate tenant fit-out with DCIB teams during design, construction, and commissioning.
• Implement quality control to meet design specs and industry standards.
• Collaborate with design teams to align construction with approved plans.
• Serve as primary contact with colocation providers and facilitate decisions.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect timelines and costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and organizational policies.
• Provide ongoing input for continuous improvement and maintain onsite presence as needed.
• Projects may be international; maintain a strong onsite presence 50-100% as required.
