Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks an Alloy Competent Completions Technician – Data Center in Houston, TX to support delivery, commissioning, and handover for a high-performance facility. You will manage completions records, verify installations, and coordinate with construction, quality, and subcontractors to ensure documentation is complete and ready for turnover.

You will conduct field walkdowns, manage punch-lists, and ensure traceable equipment data and proper handover packages

Qualifications

• Experience in completions, quality control, commissioning, or construction handover in data center or mission-critical environments.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, equipment schedules, specifications, and test plans.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, life-safety, or building management systems.
• Strong attention to data-entry and record-keeping; proficient with MS Office and field-reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily completions activities using the Alloy platform.
• Create, review, update, and close inspection/test records and completion certificates.
• Verify systems installed per drawings and specs; track progress from construction to handover.
• Record, assign, monitor, and close punch-list items and deficiencies.
• Coordinate with construction, quality, commissioning and subcontractors to resolve outstanding work.
• Ensure test results and vendor documentation are correctly captured for turnover.
