Job summary

CPG is seeking a QA/QC Commissioning Associate III to support quality control and quality assurance for data center commissioning projects across the US, including travel up to 80%.

You will assist the QA/QC Engineer to verify equipment, ensure compliance with standards, and help prepare test results, certificates, and site observations. This role focuses on developing QA/QC documents, coordinating with teams, and maintaining high quality throughout all stages of production.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of inspection and/or production experience.
• Experience with writing and enforcing SOPs.
• Strong knowledge of test equipment and software.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop QA/QC documents for the project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
• Follow all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
• Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.
• Support the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
• Assist employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
