Qualifications

• Must have at least 4 years of experience in construction project management with a focus on MEP systems.
• Deep knowledge of complex data center MEP systems required.
• Experience with commissioning lifecycle from L0 to L5.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commissioning activities for commercial data center construction projects.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, design teams, subcontractors, and owners.
• Lead planning and scheduling of commissioning activities.

Skills

Knowledge of complex data center MEP systems

Experience in L2/L3 commissioning

Planning and executing integrated systems testing

Construction management tools knowledge (Procore, P6)

Professionalism, honesty, and integrity

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
