Job summary

CAI Mission Critical is looking for a Data Center Cx PM in Raleigh, NC. This role involves inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting data center commissioning facilities and equipment. Candidates should have 5-10+ years of commissioning experience in the Data Center industry, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills. Position Description

Your responsibilities as a Data Center Cx PM will include working with project teams at client sites to inspect, test, and troubleshoot data center/building commissioning facilities and/or equipment. You will identify and coordinate activities for commissioning and reporting. The Project Manager will serve as the point of contact with client personnel and the Regional Manager, execute the work, and oversee project execution.

Requirements

• Electrical and/or mechanical commissioning experience.
• BS in an electrical, mechanical, engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 5-10+ years of commissioning and qualification experience in the Data Center industry, leading large (minimum of 4 MW) projects/facilities.
• Comfort in the construction industry (managing vendors, clients, subcontractors) is a plus.
• Experience with commissioning plans, test scripts, schedules, budgets, change orders, and summary reports.
• Experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams with full commissioning responsibility.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
