Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10–12 years of data center commissioning experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of commissioning from planning to handover.
• Create commissioning plans, schedules, tests, and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with design specs, safety, and performance.
• Act as main contact between teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare documentation: inspection reports, test results, certification documents.
• Perform tests like functional and site acceptance testing.
• Train direct reports on processes and tasks.
• Oversee workload and performance of direct reports.
• Foster an inclusive, positive work environment.
• Help communicate company and department strategy to the team.
