Job summary

A leading construction management firm is seeking a Commissioning Manager - Data Center in Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will oversee the commissioning process, ensuring data center systems function correctly. Responsibilities include creating commissioning plans and managing communication between teams. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 10-12 years of relevant experience, particularly in hyperscale field construction. Qualifications

• 10-12 years of data center commissioning experience.
• Experience in hyperscale field construction on data centers.
• In-depth knowledge of power distribution, cooling, HVAC, and IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of the commissioning process from planning to handover.
• Create commissioning plans, schedules, and test procedures.
• Ensure facilities comply with design specifications and safety standards.
• Act as the main point of contact between teams, clients, and vendors.
• Provide training for direct reports on processes and procedures.
