Job summary

Praetorian Power Protection seeks an experienced Commissioning Superintendent to oversee all commissioning and closeout for cutting-edge data center projects in Fargo, ND. You will manage L2/L3 performance testing for critical power and cooling infrastructure, and lead QA/QC and final sign-off, coordinating with GC, subs, and the owner's operations team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction or commissioning, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent or lead CX role.
• Mandatory experience working specifically on data center construction projects.
• Experience with L2 and L3 commissioning processes.
• Deep technical knowledge in electrical, controls (I&C and fiber optic), and/or mechanical systems.
• Experience in punch list management and final system sign-off.
• Proficiency with commissioning software/tools and documentation management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all phases of commissioning, including L2/L3 testing for critical power and cooling.
• Implement QA/QC procedures throughout construction and commissioning.
• Drive final project closeout, punch list resolution, and closeout documentation.
• Provide technical leadership in electrical, controls, and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate activities between general contractors, subcontractors, commissioning agents, and the owner's operations team.
