The Commissioning Documentation Specialist is responsible for managing commissioning documentation, workflows, assignments, and issue tracking within various commissioning documentation platforms in support of the data center commissioning team. This role focuses on disciplined document control, accurate record-keeping, and cross-team coordination to drive commissioning documentation and closeout to completion in alignment with the Anchor Mission Critical Playbook.

This role sits outside the current delivery-track job ladder, which covers billable commissioning disciplines only. The proposed range reflects nominal experience of 1–3 years in document control or project administration, benchmarked against data center/mission-critical commissioning documentation roles; formal grade placement is pending.
