Job summary

Amicus Talent Solutions is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee documentation control and project closeout processes for a mission-critical data center construction project in Northern Indiana. The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management and strong organizational skills.

This role involves leading end-to-end project documentation, managing final documentation, and coordinating project sign-off across multiple trades. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential for ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management, project controls, or closeout/documentation roles.
• Strong experience in large commercial, industrial, or mission‑critical construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction documentation requirements including as-builts, O&M manuals, and commissioning records.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project documentation and closeout processes across multiple construction packages.
• Develop and maintain turnover trackers, closeout logs, and completion dashboards.
• Coordinate project sign-off requirements across all trades and subcontractors.
