Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Indianapolis to lead the closeout process for complex data center projects. You will drive documentation accuracy, manage redlines and as-builts, and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure on-time turnover.

The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and a proven track record of delivering high-quality final deliverables in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience leading construction closeout on large-scale data center projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proven ability to drive on-time closeout and high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction closeout activities for large-scale data center projects.
• Oversee collection, review, and approval of redlines, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and other closeout documents.
• Perform field verification audits to validate as-built conditions and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate with contractors, trade partners, and stakeholders to meet closeout milestones.
• Monitor closeout schedules, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to maintain timelines.
