Job summary

Construction Job Force is seeking a Data Center Cleaning Technician in Michigan City, IN. The role involves final cleaning of data center spaces, including server racks and raised areas, with work at height using lifts. You will contribute to a fast-paced construction site focused on safety and cleanliness.

Two shifts are offered, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., with a contract-to-hire pathway and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, wiping, and dusting for extended periods.
• Comfort working at height using scissor lifts or boom lifts to clean elevated structures.
• Ability to work safely and stay alert in a busy, active construction site environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed final cleaning of data center spaces, ensuring all areas meet high cleanliness standards.
• Wipe down server racks, cabinets, and related equipment surfaces with care and attention to detail.
• Sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces throughout the facility, including corridors and work areas.
• Support the cleaning team in meeting project timelines, with the project expected to run at least through March 2027, with potential extension.
