Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Data Center Critical Facilities Specialist II - Chiller Plant Technician to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the chiller plant. The role supports 24x7x365 operations within the Critical Infrastructure team, with potential travel and shift Work (1st/2nd/3rd shifts) as needed.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, maintaining safety, conducting water treatment and equipment inspections, and implementing improvements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years progressively responsible experience in plant equipment management in large facilities.
• Experience with chiller systems, HVAC/R electrical, plumbing, energy management systems.
• Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operation of chiller plant infrastructure; track performance data and key metrics.
• Operate chiller plant equipment safely and according to procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and corrective actions to ensure reliability and uptime.
