Job summary

JLL is seeking a Change Control Manager for Data Center Operations to oversee governance of changes across critical facilities, ensuring reliability and uptime. You will lead the CAB, develop and maintain procedural documentation, and coordinate with facilities teams, vendors, and clients to minimize risk.

The role requires 5+ years in data center environments, strong writing and communication skills, and experience with change control processes, MOPs, SOPs, and PDUs/RSU? Keep accurate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations or critical facilities management.
• 3+ years of experience managing change control processes in data center environments
• Experience creating MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs
• Strong technical writing and procedural documentation skills
• Knowledge of DCIM, uptime standards, and redundancy concepts
• Certifications in data center field preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end change management across data center operations.
• Develop MOPs, SOPs, EOPs and maintain documentation.
• Manage CAB meetings and approval workflows.
• Coordinate scheduling with facilities teams, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, NEC, NFPA standards.
• Track metrics and drive process improvements.
