Job summary

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI and seeks a capacity/space planning specialist to model greyspace and track capacity across multiple sites. You will own capacity models, maintain a single source of truth, and present options with trade-offs to inform decisions.

You will work with electrical, mechanical, and project teams to ensure capacity plans align with design and delivery while pushing for fast, precise execution in a high-urgency environment.

Qualifications

• Capacities to model space, electrical, mechanical budgets for data center sites.
• Able to build capacity models that reveal constraints early.
• Comfort with drawings and spreadsheets to support capacity decisions.
• Maintain a single source of truth across multiple concurrent changes.
• Present constraints with actionable options and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Model greyspace capacity across sites and budgets.
• Track allocation as designs evolve and catch shortages early.
• Create source-of-truth views used by design, delivery, and operations.
• Analyze trade-offs when programs compete for same space or capacity headroom.
