Job summary

A leading technology firm in Tennessee is seeking experienced Data Center Technicians to support large-scale data center projects. This hands-on role focuses on cable pulling and installation in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include routing and securing copper and fiber optic cables, installing cabling pathways, and maintaining safety protocols. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience and can lift 50 lbs. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of TIA/EIA standards and completion of OSHA certification.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in structured cabling or data center environments.
• Hands-on experience with cable pulling (fiber and/or copper).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Pull, route, and secure copper and fiber optic cables throughout the data center.
• Install cabling pathways including ladder racks, J-hooks, cable trays, and conduits.
• Follow cable routing diagrams, blueprints, and redlines.
