Job summary

Telvero is seeking Cable Pullers to support low-voltage cabling installation in a large-scale data center environment. You will pull, route, dress, and organize telecommunications cabling, handling copper and fiber-optic lines while following security and safety procedures.

The role emphasizes dependability, safety, and teamwork. It is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for conversion based on client needs and performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be dependable and safety-conscious.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Willingness to learn low-voltage and data center practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders or in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Pull and route copper and fiber-optic cabling in the data center.
• Assist with cable installation through pathways, trays, and racks.
• Dress and organize cabling per project standards and labeling rules.
• Follow pathway plans and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain bend radius and protect cables during installation.
• Assist technicians with low-voltage tasks as needed.
• Use hand tools and pulling equipment safely.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Adhere to data center security and safety procedures.
• Work as part of a crew to meet daily goals and deadlines.
