Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools and basic construction tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctuality, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
• Comfort working at heights and in active construction zones.

Responsibilities

• Install cable trays and build server racks.
• Pull cable and fiber throughout large data center spaces.
• Terminate fiber connections and punch down.
• Route and dress cables using fish tape, J-hooks, and D-rings.
• Perform grounding, fire-stopping, and low-voltage terminations.
• Follow blueprints and document work precisely.
