Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is hiring an Infra Delivery Install Technician to support AWS data centers across multiple regional sites.

You will move and install large enterprise hardware, run fiber and copper cabling, and follow established safety procedures to keep our infrastructure reliable. Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in hardware repair or data center operations, a high school diploma, and relevant certifications (CompTIA, CCENT, or Network+).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, or Data Center Operations experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Moving and implementing large enterprise equipment
• Installing Fiber and Copper cabling and patching cabling between equipment
• Ensuring proper safety and security standards are maintained during cabling and rack installation
• Following well established hardware installation procedures and break‑fix activities
• Safely using material handling tools and equipment
• Traveling within and outside of the regional work area is required; you must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
