Job summary

RevCats in New Albany, Ohio, is seeking four experienced data center foremen to lead network infrastructure and structured cabling projects onsite. This role requires coordinating crews, ensuring safety, and delivering on schedule.

Compensation includes $45/hour W2 with overtime or $95,000 per year, plus bonus and full benefits. Relocation assistance is available for well-qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years cabling installation & large-project experience
• Demonstrated crew leadership
• Ability to read blueprints and port maps
• Copper/fiber installation, termination, certification & troubleshooting
• BICSI/FOA credentials (CFTT/CFI) or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Project
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Knowledge of installation codes & safety standards

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple crews delivering copper, fiber, and rack infrastructure; coordinate schedules with the PM, field engineers, and other trades; manage labor, safety, materials, quality inspections, reporting, training, and documentation.
