Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Canton, MS is seeking Infra Delivery Install Technicians to move and install large enterprise equipment, run fiber and copper cabling, and uphold safety standards during hardware installation.

This hands-on role demands physical stamina, meticulous workmanship, and a commitment to reliable infrastructure. You will collaborate with software, hardware, and security teams, troubleshoot complex scenarios, and travel between data centers as needed to keep our network

Qualifications

2+ years of data center, critical environment, computer hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, or data center operations experience.
2+ years of network cabling, fiber optics, and test equipment including VFL, power meter, and OTDR experience.
Experience with network hardware: copper and optical fiber cabling, switches, routers.

Responsibilities

Moving and installing large enterprise equipment.
Installing Fiber and Copper cabling and patching between equipment.
Ensuring safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation.
Following established hardware installation procedures and break-fix activities.
Safely using material handling tools and equipment.
