Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an entry-level technician to support cable installation and network rack setups at client sites in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to safety standards with on-site tasks and hands-on technical work.

You'll perform cable routing, rack assembly, and general construction-related tasks while collaborating with supervisors to meet daily production goals; OSHA 10 training is available if needed.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position requiring 0–1 year of technical experience.
• Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 construction certification (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Cable installation: pull and route cables throughout the facility with secure connections.
• Rack and stack: assemble and install network racks and panels per layout specifications.
• Technical labor support: assist with construction-related tasks, equipment setup, material handling, site prep.
• Safety compliance: follow OSHA and site guidelines, PPE and metal detector checks.
• Team collaboration: work with supervisors and technicians to meet daily goals and timelines.
