Responsibilities:

• Day-To-Day: Cable Installation – Pull and route cables throughout the facility, ensuring proper placement and secure connections.
• Rack and Stack – Assemble and install network racks, panels, and related hardware according to layout specifications.
• Technical Labor Support – Assist with general construction‑related technical tasks, such as equipment setup, material handling, and site preparation.
• Safety Compliance – Follow OSHA and site‑specific safety guidelines, including PPE requirements and metal detector checks.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with supervisors and other technicians to meet daily production goals and maintain project timelines.

Required Skills and Experience

• Must Haves: Entry‑level 0‑1 years of technical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Lift certification OR experience with a manlift.

Compensation: $15/hr to $20/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
