Job summary

The Archetype Infrastructure Solutions Cable Puller – Data Centers role supports mission-critical data center infrastructure by installing, routing, and labeling structured cabling systems. You will work with project managers and installation teams to ensure copper and fiber cabling is installed safely and to standards.

Responsibilities include pulling and routing cabling, assisting with rack installations and cable management, reading blueprints, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cable pulling equipment.
• OSHA 10 or related certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, route, and install copper, fiber optic, and low‑voltage cabling in data center environments.
• Assist with rack and stack installations, cable dressing, termination preparation, and cable management.
• Install cable trays, J‑hooks, ladder racks, conduit, and other cable support systems.
• Label, bundle, and organize cabling according to project documentation and industry standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, cable schedules, and installation drawings.
• Travel to customer sites and work varying shifts as project schedules require.
