ManpowerGroup is seeking a dedicated Infrastructure Delivery Cable Install Technician to join onsite team in New Carlisle, IN. You will install and maintain IT infrastructure, including copper and fiber cabling, server racks, and related devices, ensuring reliable data center operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year IT support or cabling experience, knowledge of hardware, networking devices, switches and servers, and the ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications (e.g., BICSI, CompTIA) are a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure installation, or cabling.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, networking devices, switches, and servers.
• Comfortable working in physical, hands-on roles involving cable termination, racking, and equipment deployment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and troubleshoot structured copper and fiber optic cabling in data center environments.
• Perform physical installation of network and server racks, patch panels, and related devices.
• Coordinate daily material delivery, movement, and installation of enterprise IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for all infrastructure components.
• Utilize ticketing systems and communication tools to track and report the status of tasks.
