Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is hiring a Building Automation Manager to lead the automation of OCI data center facilities. You will manage engineers, partners, and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain BMS, OT networks, and security-aligned systems.

You will translate standards into executable programs, drive reliability, and develop talent within building automation. This role offers growth in a technically rigorous environment and broad impact across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Automation or related field.
• 5–8 years in building automation or OT systems.
• 1–3 years leading engineers or programs.
• Strong knowledge of BMS, PLC, SCADA, HMI.
• Experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, handoff.

Responsibilities

• Lead building automation and OT engineering across sites.
• Oversee BMS, controls integration, OT network support.
• Ensure safe, reliable facility operations.
• Manage vendors and contractors for quality delivery.
