Innova Solutions is seeking a Data Center Construction Manager to lead all onsite construction activities for large-scale data center projects in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. The role emphasizes safety, schedule adherence, and budget control.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of supervisory experience on data center builds, strong leadership of 100+ field personnel, and proven skills in data center connectivity, ISP, and fiber construction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of supervisory experience on large-scale data center projects.
• Experience managing large, dispersed field teams (100+).
• Strong Data Center Connectivity, ISP, and Fiber construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite data center construction activities, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to quality standards.
• Manage large-scale structured cabling, low voltage, fiber optic, and telecom installations in mission-critical environments.
• Develop and maintain 5-week look-ahead schedules, labor forecasts, project phasing plans, and daily production tracking.
• Coordinate with project management, procurement, subcontractors, and client stakeholders for successful execution.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, system validation, OTDR testing, and power meter verification.
