Job summary

Ellaway Blues Consulting is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Coordinator to support large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will coordinate contractors, vendors, and technical stakeholders to ensure schedules, quality, and milestones are met, gaining exposure to electrical, mechanical, cooling, networking, and cabling systems.

The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in construction coordination or related roles.
• Understanding of construction processes, drawings, specs and documentation.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling or documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining project schedules, milestone trackers and progress reports.
• Coordinate deliverables with contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas and document discussions; monitor actions to completion.
• Maintain accurate records including drawings, submittals, RFIs and progress updates.
• Support multiple workstreams across project activities.
