Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a BIM/VDC Coordinator to support the design and execution of data center projects. The role reports to the Digital Delivery Manager and collaborates with project teams to ensure seamless digital integration from design through construction and closeout.

The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficiency, with strong BIM workflow knowledge and experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ACC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in BIM coordination or digital delivery.
• 3–5 years of BIM coordination, VDC, or digital delivery experience.
• Proficiency with Autodesk tools: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ACC.
• Experience on data center design or construction projects.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Digital Coordination & Execution for data center projects across disciplines.
• Coordinate BIM workflows and model setup using Revit and Civil 3D.
• Conduct clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks and Revizto.
• Post deliverables utilizing the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Assist in model quality checking, digital close-out and asset data encoding for handover.
• Work with point clouds in design software.
