Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a BIM/VDC Coordinator to support cutting‑edge data center projects. You will report to the Digital Delivery Manager and collaborate with engineering leads, BIM/VDC teams, and project delivery groups to ensure seamless digital integration from design to closeout.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in BIM coordination or digital delivery, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and ACC, and experience in data center design or construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of BIM coordination, VDC, or digital delivery experience.
• Proficiency with Autodesk tools: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and ACC.
• Experience with data center design or construction projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Digital coordination and execution of BIM workflows for large data center projects.
• Coordinate BIM workflows and model setup using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ACC.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks and Revizto as needed.
• Support digital delivery throughout design, construction, and closeout.
• Assist in model quality checking, digital close‑out, and asset data encoding for handover.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders.
