Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a BIM/VDC Coordinator to support the design and execution of cutting-edge data center projects. The role reports to the Digital Delivery Manager and collaborates with project teams to ensure seamless digital integration from design through construction and closeout.

The ideal candidate brings passion for technology-enabled efficiency, strong BIM workflows knowledge, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Civil 3D and ACC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or years of experience in lieu of the college degree
• 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination, VDC, or digital delivery roles
• Proficiency in Autodesk tools including Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ACC
• Experience with data center design or construction projects
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Digital Coordination & Execution
• Coordinate BIM workflows and model setup using Revit and Civil 3D
• Conduct clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks and Revizto
• Post deliverables utilizing the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform
• Assist in model quality checking, digital close-out and asset data encoding for handover
• Work with point clouds in design software
