Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a BIM/VDC Coordinator to support the design and execution of cutting‑edge data center projects. You'll work with digital delivery teams, engineering leads, and BIM/VDC professionals to ensure seamless integration from design to closeout.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in BIM coordination, strong Autodesk tool proficiency, and experience with data center projects. This role offers hybrid work with options to be near US offices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or years of experience in lieu of degree).
3–5 years of BIM coordination, VDC, or digital delivery roles.
Proficiency in Autodesk tools including Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ACC.
Experience with data center design or construction projects.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Digital Coordination & Execution across large data center projects.
Coordinate BIM workflows and model setup using Revit and Civil 3D.
Perform clash detection and model coordination with Navisworks and Revizto.
Post deliverables using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Support model quality checking, digital close‑out and asset data encoding for handover.
Collaborate with global digital delivery teams and clients.
