Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking a warehouse and data center asset management specialist in San Jose. You will track hardware from order to retirement, manage inbound/outbound processes, and maintain 100% accurate records to support data governance and financial reporting.

This role requires 3+ years in warehouse/inventory management, strong ERP familiarity (NetSuite), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and ERP software (NetSuite).
• Excellent organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent inventory reconciliation experience with large data sets using Google Sheets/Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage asset lifecycle from receipt to retirement in data centers.
• Perform daily operations for inbound/outbound hardware asset management.
• Maintain accurate records of asset receipts, moves, changes, and decommissioning.
• Coordinate physical inventories and asset audits at data centers.
• Interface with Accounting, Finance, Engineering and Compliance on asset management.
• Promote data governance and document data definitions, sources, and rules.
• Drive continuous improvement projects for data center and warehouse processes.
