EmployBridge in Cedar Rapids is hiring Data Center Logistics Associates to support inventory control, shipments, and workspace organization. This role involves receiving, inspecting, and recording inventory, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and moving heavy items with forklifts.

Physical work is required and training on 2nd shift is provided. Compensation ranges hourly based on shift: first, second, and weekend options, with safety protocols mandatory across all tasks.

Formación

• Experience in inventory management or logistics is preferred.
• Must be able to lift heavy items and work on a warehouse floor.
• Follows safety policies and procedures at all times.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, inspect, track, and record inventory for data center equipment.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and prepare shipping docs.
• Load, unload, and move inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Perform cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized storage and receiving areas.
• Dispose of packaging materials and obsolete equipment as needed.
• Follow safety policies and compliance requirements.

Data Center Logistics Associate

Play a key role in supporting efficient data center operations by managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining an organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, track, and maintain accurate inventory records for data center equipment.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including shipping documentation and packaging.
• Load, unload, and move inventory using material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organized storage and receiving areas.
• Dispose of packaging materials and obsolete equipment as needed.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
