Jacobs is seeking an Architect/Architectural Designer in the Data Centers group to contribute to the engineering, design and construction of world-class data center facilities. You will own development of construction documents and collaborate across disciplines on innovative, mission-critical projects within a hybrid US location.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture, 2+ years of design experience, and expert REVIT/AutoCAD/SketchUp proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or accredited program
• 2+ years of professional Architectural Design experience
• Expert-level proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of building codes and applicability to industrial facilities
• Understanding of scopes of work, developing budgets, and reviewing schedules
• Ability to work across multiple teams and lead small architectural teams

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver construction documents for data center facilities
• Plan and conduct work requiring judgment and evaluation of architectural techniques
• Exhibit high attention to detail and quality control
• Perform calculation checking of others' work
• Develop layouts, technical designs, construction drawings, specifications, and models
• Attend project meetings and help resolve cross-discipline concerns
• Support field construction with submittals review and client/contractor inquiries
• Present technical and business information to clients and colleagues
• Review designs for quality and participate in proposals and schedules
