Riverside Technologies Inc in Omaha, NE seeks a Data Center Solutions Engineer/Technician to support account managers with data center infrastructure, storage, virtualization, hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, AI infrastructure, and data protection solutions. The role includes onsite/remote support, designing architectures, BOMs, and presenting to executives. Travel up to 50% and a valid driver’s license are required. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer engineering, computer science, or related field is preferred.
• 1 year in field service support role for hardware and networking equipment.
• 3+ years' experience in network architecture and deployment is highly desired.
• Ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% travel, in/out of state, including overnight stays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs; climb ladders and work at heights.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite and remote client support for networks, routers, switches, and servers.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business requirements and infrastructure challenges.
• Provide strategic guidance for infrastructure modernization and roadmaps.
• Design and implement solution architectures for virtualization, backups, hybrid cloud, AI infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Create designs, BOMs, scopes of work, and supporting documentation.
• Deliver executive presentations, demonstrations, POCs, and technical briefings.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with IT leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain current technical certifications.
• Travel and support customers as needed.
