Qualifications

• Уровень владения архитектурой дата-центров и решений, проектирование масштабируемых и устойчивых окружений.
• Опыт в инфраструктуре дата-центров: электропитание, охлаждение, хранение, вычисления и виртуализация.
• Навыки сетей: маршрутизация, коммутаторы, безопасность и связь между on-prem и облаком.
• Умение создавать понятную архитектурную документацию, диаграммы и стандарты для широкой аудитории.
• Опыт планирования мощности, оптимизации производительности и устойчивой доступности.
• Сильные аналитические способности, умение работать удаленно и эффективно
• Плюсом: опыт работы в облачных платформах (AWS/Azure/GCP) и гибридные архитектуры;Prefered: бакалавр в смежной области

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и уточнять архитектуру дата-центров и решений для масштабируемой инфраструктуры.
• Согласование требований с внутренними стейкхолдерами, создание общих и детальных проектов.
• Оценка технологий и поставщиков, создание документации и эталонных дизайнов.
• Консультирование по планированию мощности, управлению рисками и оптимизации производительности.
• Обеспечение соответствия лучшим практикам в инфраструктуре и сетях.
• Предоставление руководства по стратегиям внедрения и техническим решениям.

design and refine data center architectures that support scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure solutions. collaborating with internal stakeholders to define requirements, create high-level and detailed designs, and ensure alignment with best practices in data center infrastructure and networking. developing solution architectures evaluating technologies and vendors creating documentation and reference designs advising on capacity planning and optimization. provide guidance on implementation strategies, risk mitigation, and performance tuning to support real-world learning initiatives and internal systems.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Center Architecture and Solution Architecture, including designing scalable and resilient environments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Infrastructure and Data Center Infrastructure, with experience in power, cooling, storage, compute, and virtualization components.
• Candidates should possess skills in Networking, including routing, switching, security, and connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments.
• Ability to create clear architectural documentation, diagrams, and standards for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in capacity planning, performance optimization, and high availability design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
