Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking Apprentice Electricians to join a Mission Critical Data Center project in Texas. You will learn on the job, assist journeymen, and gain hands-on experience with UPS, generators, switchgear, and data center systems.

Ideal candidates hold an active electrical license, have 3+ years in data center electrical work, and aspire to journeyman licensure. Roles provide full-time hours, safety-focused culture, and ongoing development through IEC or equivalent programs.

Qualifications

• Active electrical license required.
• 3+ years of data center electrical experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and progress toward journeyman licensure.
• Ability to work under supervision in apprenticeship scope.

Responsibilities

• Assist journeymen with installation of conduit systems and electrical equipment.
• Pull wire and perform terminations under supervision.
• Support data center environments and maintain job-site organization.
• Follow safety policies and participate in daily toolbox talks.
• Progress toward journeyman licensure through the apprenticeship program.
